3. Course Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment

Course enrolment is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment for any reason. Full payment is required to secure your place in a course unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available up to 14 days before course commencement
• 50% refunds are available 7-13 days before course commencement
• No refunds are available within 7 days of course commencement
• Refunds for cancelled courses will be provided in full
• Medical or emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

You retain ownership of artwork created during our courses. However, you grant us permission to photograph and use images of your artwork for promotional and educational purposes unless you specifically opt out.

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Behaviour that is deemed disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate may result in removal from courses without refund. This includes but is not limited to:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other emergencies.
